At Kadofy, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. Since many of our products are personalized, each item is made to order with attention to detail.
Order Processing
- Personalized Products: Processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Ready-to-Ship Products: Processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing time may be longer during festivals, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: Delivery may take additional time depending on the courier service.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website during checkout.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).
You can also track your order anytime from our Track Order page using your order number.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order.
Kadofy cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Transportation disruptions
- Courier network delays

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package and product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photographs when reaching out.

International Shipping
At present, Kadofy ships within India only.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
