        At Kadofy, every personalized product is made especially for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs for personalized and non-personalized items.

        Personalized Products

        As each personalized item is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been correctly produced according to the information provided by the customer.

        This includes:

        • Change of mind after placing the order.
        • Incorrect photos, names, dates, or text submitted by the customer.
        • Color variations due to differences in screen displays.
        • Minor placement variations that do not affect the overall quality of the product.

        Eligible for Replacement or Refund

        If you receive:

        • A damaged product.
        • The wrong product.
        • A product with a manufacturing defect.
        • A personalization error caused by Kadofy.

        Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

        Email us at support@kadofy.com with:

        • Your order number.
        • Clear photos of the product.
        • Photos of the packaging (if damaged).

        Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

        Non-Personalized Products

        Non-personalized items may be eligible for return if:

        • The product is unused.
        • It is returned in its original packaging.
        • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

        Returned products must be in resalable condition.

        Refund Process

        Once your request has been approved:

        • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
        • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

        Exchanges

        We currently do not offer exchanges for personalized products.

        If your order qualifies due to damage, a manufacturing defect, or an error on our part, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

        Items Not Eligible for Return

        The following are not eligible for return or refund:

        • Personalized products made correctly as per your submitted details.
        • Minor color differences caused by screen settings.
        • Damage caused after delivery.
        • Normal wear and tear.
        • Requests made after the specified reporting period.
